We all know the popular game of arm wrestling - one opponent will overcome the other's strength to become victorious. In "Ohm Wrestling," teams overcome electrical resistance and show their strength in this power generating competition. Each team must generate more electricity than the other team for enough time to secure a victory!

Each team (Blue and Orange) have energy harvesting machines that show different methods of harvesting kinetic energy from human motion (Shake, Push, Pedal, Pull, and Crank). A team member uses the apparatus to contribute generated energy to their side. The harder the team members work, the more power they produce - and the strongest burst of continuous energy wins the competition!

This project was produced by graduate students at ITP NYU for participants at World Maker Faire NY, 2013.
